I recently spent over $40 on a meal and was given a receipt with a free sandwich survey but since the printer jamed up it did not print the code needed. I asked for a reprint but store was unable to print it a day later. I called the 1866cfa2040 number but they said they do not take responsibility for independent locations. I spoke to store manager Jalon at location #2244 but he said he couldn’t help. Very poor taste of experience since the food was good though a bit expensive. I look forward to the free sandwich survey but am very disappointed that even though it’s not my fault, I am left feeling let down and disappointed spending my money their. I understand it’s only a $4 amount but I was looking forward to the reward. If you can help I would appreciate it.
